E. Jakarta SDA Conducts Normalization on 73 Waterways

East Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-dept. has accomplished 73 waterway normalization projects along 2018. Those projects were done using City Budget (APBD) 2018.

Normalization projects are done using self-management City Budget

East Jakarta SDA Sub-dept.'s Maintenance Section Head, Yoserizal mentioned, waterway normalization is done to 73 locations because those waterways become narrow and shallow. Normalization should be done thus waterway can hold more water and prevent inundation on the area when the heavy rain fall.

"Normalization projects are done using self-management City Budget," he added, Saturday (12/29).

Cakung Cilincing PHB Normalization Completed

Some of those projects are Pulomas PHB channel dredging in Kayu Putih Urban Village, Batu Ampar PHB channel's retaining wall repair at RT 08/03 of Batu Ampar Urban Village, East Flood Canal's sand trap dredging, and Cilangkap PHB channel's retaining wall repair on Jalan Pagelarang.
